“I made an appointment online, and when the day of the appointment it wasn't in their system. But the they was still able to see me in a timely manner. They was very nice a kind and patient with my cat.“

“I've always taken my pets to this place and can't complain about the care from the techs and the doctors. The people working the front desk don't seem to be very concerned about your pets though. They are just there to take your money, and tend to be borderline rude when it comes to answering questions and making appointments. And don't look to this place for urgent care, the doctors apparently only work afternoons according to the receptionist, and they are always booked up solid for weeks. The sign in the lobby mentions that they prioritize emergencies over appointments and walk ins, but I guess they didn't bother telling the people at the front desk about that. Instead, they seem dismissive of your concerns and act like they are doing you a personal favor to try and get you in the following week. Their popularity is becoming a liability.“
