Excellent customer service, Matt went above and beyond for us, answering all of our questions and concerns anytime we called or emailed. They were one of the only companies to even return our phone call or our request for a quote. When a decision was finally made, he walked us through the process of getting financed and the installation was scheduled for 2 days later. We were told it would take around 8 hours but the crew had it completed in under 5 hours! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!!!
Great service, I called around to find a place that would connect my lines for me. This company was the only one that would do that for me. I signed up with the comfort care on the spot. Technician was great, didn’t mind me watching and learning. Talked me through care of my new system. I would highly recommend them.
We had a new build and after cold snap happened found out at night heat wasn’t working. Next day (mind, on a Saturday), Paul picked up my call, got me scheduled, came out right on time, and helped figure out the issue. He took the time to get it figured out and was patient throughout the process. Very easy to work with and they do great work. Highly recommend!
