I had an exceptional experience with Jim and he deserves all the praise I am about to give him. I was referred to him through my realtor, as my radon test came back a little too high for the comfort of the potential buyer. At that time, I had already spoken to another radon mitigation specialist and he was kind and informative, but didn’t guarantee that his mitigation would get the radon level to 3 or below (which was required). If it came back above that requested level, he would charge me more for additional mitigation.Jim said that his price was a flat fee for mitigating my property AND he guaranteed to get the appropriate levels, even if he had to do it again, at no additional cost. Not only that, but Jim was extremely professional and super kind! It was like I was talking to a guardian angel in human form lol. That’s the kind of gentle aura he gave off. Like a great uncle all the kids run up to at a family reunion picnic before they run to anyone else.He showed up promptly the next day and did his business quickly. I unfortunately was not there to meet him in person, but he left my property in better shape than when he arrived and I had a great experience communicating with him. He also had the option to pay him through closing costs, and that was an incredible advantage to going with him as well. His price was more affordable than his competitors, and his service was better.The first gentleman I spoke to told me to make sure that the other company (Jim) I was considering has all the experience and knowledge in treating older cinder block homes and all the special things they needed to do to achieve the correct results, and when I brought it up to Jim, he wasn’t offended. Even though he has decades of experience, he kindly went through the same things the other gentleman went through and assured me that he knows this industry and how to treat every kind of house like the back of his hand. He earned my trust pretty quickly, and boy did he deliver.I highly recommend Jim. He has integrity, great work ethic, kindness, trustworthiness, and reliability. If you ever deal with anything pertaining to Radon, Jim has my vote. 10/5 stars, easy.
Good old school place. Good old price as well. Doubt you can find a better price anywhere else these days. She is quick and really good too, I haven’t gotten a haircut I was unhappy with yet. She can get busy tho, so the wait can be a bummer. I like a walk-in place and it’s better than great clips. She’s even good at fixing a haircut when I Fd it up trying to be my own barber.
Dena did a wonderful job!! My daughter's hair turned out perfect. She loves it!!
Ron was just out to my home to look at my ac unit. He was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything to me and even spoke to my husband through the phone to explain to him. He put notes on the unit so I could easily remember how to adjust things for winter. 10/10 customer service!
Janet Houchen, and her whole team, at Pro 31, are fantastic. Big City expertise and capabilities, yet with Small Town prices (or at least reasonable, fair prices). With Zoom, phone, and "uploading," even folks from whole KC Metro should seriously consider them. A pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend them.
I had my first adjustment ever today! I was so nervous but Dr. Darcy walked me through the whole thing and made me feel so comfortable. I feel amazing now and can’t believe I waited so long to visit! Would highly recommend her to anyone!

We drove down to Swans mid morning near Louisburg, Kansas today. It was a nice drive on a pretty Spring day. We bought two water Lillie's, 2 water water lettuce & 2 water hyacinths. The young woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a huge array of plants to choose from. The grounds are fun to walk around and there are several water gardens and other water features as well as lots and lots of blooming g flowers to enjoy. Lillies are a little pricey but we wanted them for our new water garden and there doesn't seem to be any place closer around us to shop for. The plants we bought were nice size and we are looking forward to enjoying all summer.

My first visit here. Cut was pretty decent. Barber was friendly. Used a straight razor to clean up my neck. Shop was clean.
I had my first appointment at Frankie’s today! Immediately responded to my call and I got in same day! The place is classy and clean and I was pampered! Jen, the owner, did my consult, cut and style! She is SO talented and knowledgeable!! She really takes her time to make sure that you can do your hair at home as well!! Definitely coming back!!?
We have tried a few different clinics and this one has been the best for us and our pets. The Vet is very kind and you could tell she really does care for your pet. Also shout out to Hanna for being the most kind tech we have had yet!

We switched to T&C recently and wish we had been with them all along. Our last vet was way overpriced, had a bad bedside manner combined with a could care less attitude. Not at T&C. Prices are fair. Staff are kind. Horses are taken care of.
T&C recently saved our Horse Scooter from a bad infection. He was looking very ill. Low white blood cell count from infection that we didn't see. He has since made a complete turn around! T&C were thoughtful, accessible and went out of their way to give our horse daily Antibiotic shots at our farm for us. They never complained. Just were happy our horse was getting better.They are humble, kind, professional and fair priced unlike the clinic we used before. We previously experienced brash attitudes, unessecary tests, overpriced farm visits and inaccurate information on our horses. Not at T&C. We are greatful to be their client and greatful for their professional Equine care! Thank you Town & Country. You take the stress out of Horse ownership! 5 Stars!
