We've never had trouble getting an appointment here to have our dog groomed & haven't had to wait in line. We've been able to pick up Shiloh in two to three hours. Shirley is very efficient.

I've been taking my fur babies to Shirley for over 13 years. They absolutely love going and seeing her!!! Never traumatic for them, she is an animal whisperer ?!!!!! Very clean, very thorough and you can tell she loves each and everyone of her furry clients as if they were her own ?!!!! We also have always boarded our babies when on Vaca and they love it, which is such a stress reliever to not have to feel guilty for leaving them. They love seeing all their friends and their second mom Shirley ?? We highly recommend Critter Care!!!!

I love Shirley! She is very good with my pet which has a chronic disease. She is also patient with her when grooming her. Her grooming skills are impeccable. I won't go anywhere else.
