“Amazing Rescue! When my 96 year old Mom's Dog passed away, I suggested maybe adopting a Cat to keep her company if/when she was ready. Once she gave me the green light, I contacted Melody with Pet Connection and told her what I was looking for...an older, low key and very affectionate Cat, to also give a loving home. I flew back to K.C. for a meet/greet, and when Mom met Melody's pick, Layla, it was love at first sight for both of them! Layla was 12 and an awesome cat! They were inseparable best buddies until my Mom passed at 101. I will forever be grateful to Melody and Pet Connection for selecting the perfect match for my Mom, and bringing her such joy during her final years ❤️.“

I get there and a room is already set up and then we are greeted with Olivia who was so kind and a great tech!
Then we met Dr. Godsey who blew me away with his kindness, patience and knowledge!
He has such a big heart and Truly cares more for your animal than, his wallet....
He waived our exam fee for opting to vaccinate our cat...(who does this?)
This is standard practice I found out...
He also answered questions about a dog that I didn't even take there, yet he was willing to offer some needed advice...
This place is incredible and is now my New and Best vet office of all time!!!!“

We had made the difficult choice to put our dog down but wanted to do it in home as she was immobile and wanted her as comfortable as possible in her final moments. “I can't say enough sincerely great things about this place! I'm a widow on fixed income & have been reinforced today about my choice in using this practice. My sweet little dog had to have her teeth cleaned & I asked them to look at 4 bumps of concern to see if they needed removing while under anesthesia. As a lay individual, I'd have no idea as to the validity of what they would recommend. Soon after dropping my dog off, I got a phone call from Dr. Thomas. She told me NONE of the spots I'd been concerned about appeared to be questionable. To say I was floored was an understatement. She or her staff could have easily suggested otherwise & I would have been out the money for removal. So, I'm reinforced with my decision to seek care here & am honored such ethical & moralistic people exist at this facility. From the front staff to the veterinarians...my utmost respect. “Dr. Dechent and her techs are true cat lovers. They understand how to work with kitties, even with my somewhat cranky adult cat. They were equally gentle and loving with my kittens at their first appointment, treating them to Churu treats and a catnip mouse for each. I can’t believe I’ve been going to a dog/cat vet all these years. An all-cat vet just feels different. . . And better.“

“I brought my two dogs in for the first time and was beyond impressed with Falcon Valley Animal Hospital. First of all, when I called to request a first-time appointment for my dogs, I was offered times within that same week! The entire staff was so caring and professional, even offering help to hold my dogs’ leashes as I paid and gathered paperwork at the end of the visit. I was provide quotes very promptly when inquiring about medications and was provided a thorough explanation of what to expect out of the visit. I was brought back to an exam room immediately upon arrival and my dogs were seen soon thereafter. I am happy we made the switch to Falcon Valley Animal Hospital!“
