We had a great experience using Top Notch recently. Our furnace went out during the recent cold stretch and we were trying to work with our preferred service company, AB May. We had a horrible experience in dealing with them which forced us to get a 2nd opinion. We had a sales rep (Winston) come out and go over replacement options with me the next day. He took the extra step of contacting their best technician (Josh) to see if we could get him out to validate what we were being told by AB May. We have had our RainSoft whole house filtration system for about 12 years. This was the first time that Top Notch provided service for our unit. Zack was amazing! He helped me understand our system more during this service call than all the previous technicians combined had done since the initial installation.
