Our salesman was excellent helped us chose best deal for our home. The installer, Butch, was also excellent came on time, installed and ensured we checked each window and it meet our expectation. One window came in late and he came back and installed it quickly and professionally also. Could not have asked for better service. I used them for a/c and furnace replacement. My central a/c died and I needed a new one. During the (free) estimate, they quoted me to just replace the outside unit or to replace the furnace with it. I went with replacing both as they were about the same age (probably 25+ years old). From estimate to install took about a week since they had to order the new units. Install started at about 9am and they were finished by about 4pm. 10 year warranty on both, and I was able to finance which was great because who has that much money lying around in an emergency situation where your a/c goes out in the middle of August in the Midwest?
