Good service, when they are there. I have stopped by during their posted business hours 3-4 times over the past 3 months when no one was there. Really frustrating since I live in the country about 25 minutes away. It hasn't happened in the last severally weeks so maybe they've addressed the staffing issues.

I recently took some cushion covers to Pride late on a Friday afternoon. As always, they are fast and promise to have things available on Monday after 5. When I went to pick up the cushions, there was a snafu and they had accidentally been sent to the wrong location.Bailey (I'm so sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was so nice and assured me she would look into it and have someone contact me with an update if needed. She also advised that she would personally start a claim for me if anything else happened.The next day I received a text saying that my order was ready, and I was very happy. I’ve been a customer for 6 months. Felt like a vip from the very first visit. Picked up my shirts & a suit tonight and received an extra bag with my Bluetooth in it. I knew I had lost it but had no idea where. Huge relief to have it back. Thankful for the great friendly service every week and for their willingness to go the extra mile.
