Jake came in, took the time to review my slow draining kitchen sinks. He took the time to sort out proper solutions both short term and long term providing good information on the benefits of each. In the end I chose to do the long term option and am very glad I did. My under sink looks cleaner and more organized than ever and I am happy not to have any galvanized pipes anymore. He showed me a picture of the work done in the crawl space and of the inside of galvanized pipe he replaced which was VERY nasty.
