“This is an awesome place to train. It helps all individuals, from kids to adults. This school has it all. I've been training there for over five years now and I love it. They have self-defense several self-defense training systems. They also teach traditional Okinawan weapons. I love that we get that traditional material, and what's even better is that we get to learn the application of the techniques. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy what I'm learning at this school. I get a broad curriculum and detail of each technique all in multiple systems in one school. The Chief Instructor and owner, Sensei Brown, is awesome and is an 8th degree black belt as of this review. You don’t have to worry about the “veterans” having egos or belittling you, they’re all helpful and welcoming. There is no pressure to make commitments you aren't ready for.
