I love that they take appointments and honor them. I have never had to wait. The girl who does my nails spends so much time making sure the shape and length is consistent. My nails always look great. Everyone here is very nice and professional.

Gloss is the absolute best. Clean and professional all the time. The girls are all friendly and provide the best customer service they can. The techs who do designs are so skilled and up to date on trends. Tammy runs a salon with a welcoming and homey atmosphere and I have heard techs say they are treated well too.I have learned they adhere to their schedule well (which I appreciate because they're prompt as a result) so make sure you are specific when booking services.
