I brought my two dogs in for the first time and was beyond impressed with Falcon Valley Animal Hospital. First of all, when I called to request a first-time appointment for my dogs, I was offered times within that same week! The entire staff was so caring and professional, even offering help to hold my dogs’ leashes as I paid and gathered paperwork at the end of the visit. I was provide quotes very promptly when inquiring about medications and was provided a thorough explanation of what to expect out of the visit. I always feel like they take such good care of our pets at Falcon Ridge. We made the switch to Falcon Ridge, after my in-laws recommended them to us. They were definitely right that everyone who works there is kind, honest, and really show the utmost love to our fur babies. We love Dr. Jobe!
Best Vet I've ever dealt with, my dog has been suffering and Dr. Jobe has taken among care of our boy and brought him back to himself. She was communicative and helpful. All the staff at falcon valley were caring and friendly. I would recommend these wonderful people to anyone looking for quality vet care.
