2020 vision attached to Costco - I did not have a good experience!!! WRONG Prescription - NO Refund! The doctor appeared short with her answers and told me I wasn't listening when I was asking questions. I left perplexed and still not sure what prescriptions to get. The prescription was incorrect that was provided evidently during my recent visit to their office on Thursday October 2 2025. As this was my first experience obtaining glasses, I expected clear guidance and support, which I unfortunately did not receive. Despite my attempts to understand the prescription process, I found the optometrist's explanations inadequate and unhelpful. Additionally, I have incurred out-of-pocket expenses for three pairs of reading glasses and one Multifocal pair, all based on this incorrect prescription. Given these circumstances. After contacting their office, they did ask me to come in and get a second test for free. However as a direct result of my previous experience I chose to seek a second opinion from a different Dr who did confirmed that the prescription was incorrect. I have incurred expenses from this additional test. They have REFUSED to refund my money based on the FACT that I went else where to have my eyes tested.

Tha morning of Christmas Eve I was cleaning my glasses and one lens fell out. I couldn't find the missing screw. My regular optical service was closed, called Costco and they said come on down. But they closed at 5pm for the holiday and don't wait until 4 pm because they will probably be super busy then. Got there about 3 and they only had one customer. The other clerk greeted me and started to work on my glasses immediately. She was very careful to make sure the screw was cut and filed smooth. No charge! Wished them a Very Merry Christmas and was on my way home in about 10 minutes. I will be checking with them for my next pair of glasses.

Okay so check it... I left an eye appointment PISSED at the staff but I wanted new glasses. I've hit the age where bifocals are "encouraged but not necessary." I ended up at Costco because my HR had mentioned getting glasses here. OMG I don't know if I'll ever get glasses anywhere else. The staff is amazing! Ben was so wonderful that I brought my kids back to get glasses and they all know him on sight. He knows us too lol. He was so patient and kind and worked to contact my insurance after the provider who shall not be named didn't reverse their authorization so he could pull it. The prices were good. The glasses are cute. They came back quickly even quicker than we were quoted. I think one pair came back in less than 3 days. I couldn't be happier with them.
