I have been seeing Dr Ray for hormone replacement for several years. She always takes her time, listens, discusses my options, and provides excellent care. During COVID, she had to step away from the practice due to herself and family members being immune compromised - unfortunately this put strain on the practice and their ability to respond to patient needs as quickly as possible. These issues have been resolved and I am now responded to in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a doctor who is intelligent, knowledgeable about both traditional and holistic medical options, and who takes time with her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Laura Ray.

My whole family has been with this practice since it opened. During that time, I had an accident which rendered me a quadriplegic. Normally this would be way outside the scope of a family practice. To her credit, Dr. Ray researched and found specialists in every discipline that met my needs. The referrals have been the highest quality in their field. All of the bad reviews make me sad. That does not represent my experience at all Dr. Ray goes above and beyond for my family, and we would never go anywhere else even if there are additional wait times

I've been seeing Dr. Ray for 10 years, give or take. During that time, between myself and my children, I also saw her APRNs Morgan, Sarah, Jackie, etc. We have always received exceptional care. I was notified at current appointments of each departure of the previously mentioned staff. If this were 4 years ago, I would probably agree with other reviews that a large group of staff members leaving that close to each other would be a red flag. However, I work at a different provider's office, and can tell you that it's pretty typical of healthcare in general at this point. Providers of all kinds are fleeing in droves.
