Alan and Builder Direct have been amazing to work with! He helped us with the replacement of our windows & skylights, and we anticipate working with him a lot more in the future. From start to finish, Alan and all of his crews have demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. They have been helpful, nice and have done great work! Communication has been seamless and timely throughout the entire process, and Alan really bent over backwards to work with us on the cost and timing... I had hail damage this past spring and needed a new roof. I called my insurance agent and asked for some recommendations. I also went on to Angie's list. Between those two sources and a co-worker rec, I was ready to start meeting people.
From the first time I met Alan you could tell that he cared about his customers and took pride in his company. I used to be in sales so I can appreciate a great sales pitch, but Alan demonstrated the best in really good salespeople, the ability to listen, provide options, and then work as hard as possible to find financing or options that fit within your budget.
