I have had a few issues with my install on a new construction home. After 3 years and being out of warranty, my top step has split and is close to falling apart. Called Acme this week, one of their supervisors came out and immediately said they’d replace/fix the issue. Wood is an imperfect material. It was not the fault of the installer or company that the wood split yet they are standing behind their work years after the warranty expired. Top notch!

Acme went above and beyond with my family when making a repair. The problem was something that was really out of their control but they fixed it anyway, and made sure that we were happy and that the repair was done right! They do beautiful work!!

Acme Floor Company (Lenexa, KS) worked for our builder, Bruce Rieke, when we built our home 17 years ago. So, when we decided to replace the carpet in our great room with hardwood, we went back to Acme. Our installer, Stacy, had 22 years of experience. I love working with people who are experienced; I watched him work and had complete trust in his ability and decision making. He was a true craftsman. Next Mike and Martin, our sanders and finishers, came over to prep by hanging plastic to protect the blinds, and block off the other rooms from dust and smells.
