Elijah of Superior Plumbing company just completed the repair of my Moen shower cartridge. This proved to be more difficult than expected because the old cartridge fragmented, making its removal more difficult. He showed up right between the projected time of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the appointed day. I was given one day's advance notice and then he called about 15 minutes before arrival. He quoted a price beforehand and stuck to his price.

Well, during this recent bitter stretch of cold, I immediately called Superior. Tammy, as usual, was so pleasant and accomodating. Superior managed to work me in quickly. My technician, Lee, was very prompt, worked continuously - explaining what he was doing the whole time, neat as a pin. & cleaned up wonderfully. Superior has my business and they are local!
