Horrible experience. Called for an estimate. Person arrives, I walk them through what work I want done. He says he'll check it out and get back to me. Two weeks later I get a bill for his time and a note saying they are not willing to do the work. At no point do they tell you estimates are not free. At no point do they explain what/when/how they will bill you and then they get defensive and hang up and you when you try to discuss the bill. Typical, low level fly by night shop.

Horrible experience all the way around. Charged for providing an estimate without explaining they do not do free estimates, then declined to provide estimate. Performed system check when not asked. In summary - did work that was not asked for and failed to do work that was. Billed all of it anyway and then refused to discuss charges. Note that if they don't do what you want they will bill you anyway and not lift a finger to address your concerns.
