The medical care is top notch. The concierge care model is fantastic. When I need a doctor, I can reach my doctor. There is so much value in getting care when you need it and not being told you can have an appointment in a week or two. Life is busy. I have no idea if the magazines in the waiting room are any good because I've never had to wait long enough to find out. Highly recommended.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Prato for almost two years now.She is the most understanding doctor I have ever met. I can ask her any question, she’s an open book and honest. She’s warm and approachable.Every doctor I’ve had in my life, made me feel rushed and was ready to prescribe me anything just to get on to the next patient.It isn’t that way with Dr. Prato. She actually listens and it allows you to form a relationship with her which everyone should be able to do with their doctor.The entire staff from the front desk to the back, are always in a great mood and make you feel welcomed. Over 20 years ago I first went to ProPartners because they were a practice for men. While access and attention has always been top notch, their pivot to a subscription/concierge based practice has only enhanced their care, compassion and access to providers. I make Dr. Burns the hub of all my care whether or not I am seeing him for everyday issues or dealing with more advanced issues requiring a specialist. I am a ProPartner member and patient for life.
