This company lowballed the estimated cost to reconstruct our basement after a sewer line backup. Failed to account for several items needing replaced. They're in the pockets of the insurance companies - highly do not recommend.

Preferred has done an amazing job making my house feel like home again! Love their design ideas and attention to detail. Preferred Contacting has done a super job for me twice. Put a new roof and gutters on my home almost four years ago, still looks like new. They just completed a huge water damage insurance restoration on my home, completely restoring two bathrooms, kitchen, family room. Great job on drywall, painting, flooring, bathroom vanities and new toilets. Steve, Garrett, Arturro, Bryan and their crews were awesome!
