“These people are fair, honest, friendly, efficient, and honest. The communication that I had with them prior to the project was excellent. I enjoyed watching the crew as they seemed happy, laughed with each other, and was so pleasant as they worked. Ofilio, the boss and owner of the company, was awesome to the crew of 10 men and one woman that arrived here this morning. He got right in and helped them do the dirty work when he could’ve literally set back and just told them what to do! Two trees were removed, and three stumps were ground from my property. One tree was removed from my neighbors property and another trimmed. They cleaned up immaculately, and it appeared as if they had never been here. Their professionalism was top-notch. Their equipment was unbelievable. A stump grinder, a giant chipper, a huge truck with huge jaws that went down and picked up the logs to dispose of them, and two buckets that rose in the air to do the work. One tree in particular had a lot of powerlines, Internet, lines, etc., going through it and it was no problem for them I highly recommend them to anyone, and I am thrilled that there is such a company that exist in Kansas City. “I recently had LDK install a new system in my +1 acre lawn, and I was really blown away with the service and drive to achieve what we were looking for. Luke went above and beyond designing the layout and architecture of the system to cover all the areas we needed, but still getting adequate water coverage. They jumped through hoops to get the entire job done when I needed it, and followed through on every commitment. Luke took my calls and texts in the evening and over the weekend to get things ready.
There are lots of rocks in my area below the surface of the soil, that come up during the installation. His team picked up every stone like it never happened. They even left me with a couple extra nozzles for future repairs if needed. Having used the system now, it's clear this was a top-rate professional job. I like to work on things myself maintaining the system, and LDK set me up to do just that. Highly recommend LDK.“

“Update - They called to apologize this morning and explained their error. We're changing our stars from 2 to 4. Original... We called this company a while back and were offered a free estimate for lawn care. The tech Darryl was very knowledgeable and nice. But we decided to go with a different company. Today we received an email saying they would be out tomorrow to treat our lawn!!!! We sent an email and called them to tell them we did not accept the quote and for them not to come. The office called back right away to say they had "no idea how our account had become activated and they will delete it right away" (thus the 2 stars vs 1). Thank god we read our emails.“
