I have used Karen Heating & Cooling since the 90's. Jacob is very knowledgable. I trust he and Kim completely. The motor went out on my furnace last weekend. Even though Jacob was out of town, he ordered the part and had an on call repairman at my house within 2 hrs. Now that's service!
