I absolutely LOVE the women that work at this hotworx beyond compare! I am brand new to going to the gym (full time), just moved back home from college, and was so nervous to actually start. Decided to give hotworx a try with the trial class and they made me feel so comfortable and welcome! I am the type of person that is pretty anxious about being judged or lesser than others, but the girls here make me feel like anything but! Literally feel so welcomed here. Highly recommend HOTWORX. My cardio routine was not delivering results. 30-45 mins of HOTWORX HIIT (I mainly bike) = great results w/o huge time commitment. Scheduling is easy w new app. I workout in early AM—plenty of spots.

Had an amazing workout last night for the first time at HotWorx. I tried out Cycle and Yoga and I sweat my booty off and LOVED it!!! It was perfect for post Thanksgiving weekend to detox!!! Would highly recommend.
