“We enjoyed our facial experience with Nimisha. When you get a Groupon, I believe most people understand that it is a discovery tool for the business moreso than a profit maker. That being said, I typically expect a bit of upselling and will hear out anyone and decide whether I’m comfortable doing additional services. She was polite and understanding when we declined extra work this time, deciding instead to stick to the cleansing facials we booked. I would return to Nimisha to hopefully get a massage or something more involved in the future. The experience was relaxing and I felt refreshed afterwards.“
