Great experience. Check in was easy, waited less than 5 minutes to get called back, follow up and care instructions were clear and easy to follow and so far it looks like the scarring will be minimal. Dr. Hockey and his team are courteous and professional. Thanks to Maddie for answering my questions so patiently. I highly recommend.
Time and time again I go to this place and every time it’s the same. Have bad spots on skin and after final follow up those places are gone. Much goes on in between but the wonderful staff are kind and gentle and walk you through the every step. They answer every question before you ask. Dr. Hocker is very skilled and gentle. Well gentle might not be the word. He’s thorough and efficient. ( not interest in surgeon who makes me feel good, I’d rather feel glad) CA is serious and I’m glad I can go to Advance Dermatology Surgery.
The staff and Dr. Hocker were very nice and professional.
The waiting room is a bit small for the size of the practice.
The associate who prepped did a great job. She explained the procedure and the care needed following. She was kind and gentle.
Dr. Hocker took great care in with the excision. Within a few days the office called with the results.
10 days later I returned and had the staples removed. No pain, in and out in less than 20 minutes.
The entire experience was positive.
I would highly recommend them.
