I would have to say this is THE BEST urgent care I have ever been to. I know that’s a bold statement. The nursing staff and receptionist were friendly. Before this visit we had visited one other time and the provider remembered us from the visit last time. From check in to check out it was around 45 minutes I don’t even think you can get that fast of service with your PCM. Even know the service was fast, the provider asked thorough questions. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come back
The staff was extremely efficient. I brought my child into the clinic and they were extremely helpful with helping decipher the ramblings of a child. I am glad that this care clinic is so close to me.
Infant child woke up with fever and was able to schedule same day appointment to rule out ear infection. Scheduled with ease online, waited 5-10 minutes in waiting room, thorough appointment, and reassurance provided. Thank you!
