What do you do when you wake up and your house is freezing? Call the Mann's Heating & Cooling. I waited till my husband came home to tell me he couldn't fix it. So I called Brendon who said he would be over in a moment. (out of his service area) He came in and went right to work. Found the problem in 2 minutes. He gave me the option of getting the part that evening and paying 200.00 extra to the part store, or waiting till morning. We chose to wait until morning. He struggled finding the part but succeeded with much determination. I was not home today, but told him to go on in and fix the heater. I had no worries about him being in my house alone. This young man come from an incredible family. He is respectful, honest, kind, on time, and most of all full of integrity. You don't see that much in todays generation. And to boot....I came home to a WARM house this evening for a very reasonable price!! Thank you so so much!!
