Dr. Kristen Simpson is heaven sent! I found Life Family Chiropractic via a referral from my doctor when I started experiencing some back and neck pain early on in my pregnancy. Kristen truly improved my quality of life during and after my pregnancy. The adjustments made such a big difference in my daily pain and discomfort, and Kristen also taught me stretches and positions I could practice at home to improve my posture and soreness. She also offers the option to incorporate essential oils into treatment, which I loved. I can not recommend LFC enough!

Dr. Kristen and her whole staff are amazing. Dr. Kristen has fixed my severe TMJ issues and helped with a knee injury from running. Her office is always clean and welcoming. She knowledgable and passionate about her profession, and it shows.

Great service. Always on time with appointments. A great pre adjustment rolling machine that loosens everything up. Very knowledgeable and explains what adjustments are being made and why.
