We were highly satisfied with the outstanding service provided by Elly May's Cleaning Service for several of our rental properties. They were reasonably priced and always showed up on time. We highly recommend their services.

We contacted Elly May for a PCS clean to clear base housing. Her rate was fair for a complete cleaning for 1st and 2nd floor (did not include carpet cleaning); basement and garage were our responsibility. She showed up on time and when the movers were not clear of the first floor after she finished the top floor, she agreed to come back in the afternoon (great flexibility!). Further, she did a excellent job cleaning and definitely had a plan to maximize how quickly she was able to clean. The inspector from base house (Frontier) was extremely picky, and despite her going through the house with a fine tooth comb, I did not have to re-clean a single thing!
