Sonya is one of two massage therapists who have ever been able to fully work out my tense muscles. I'm always actually able to relax and leave feeling refreshed! Definitely recommend Sonya to anyone!
Hands down the BEST massage! She’s extremely knowledgeable with the muscular structure in such a way that she’s able to help you from the root cause. Deep tissue massage, trigger point release, cupping, and stretching are used so that you leave feeling your absolute best. If you suffer from
Chronic pain and muscle tension I’d recommend a 90 minute or two hour session with her. She will also prove advice and stretches in order to keep you feeling your best.
I have never had a massage before and I highly recommend this business. The owner really takes the time to know her clients and there body issues. She made me feel right at home and relaxed. When I left I felt my body was more relaxed then it has been in years. I’m making sure to book asap because she books up fast. Thanks again for the best message ever.
