We had a water heater quit on Sunday. We sent them an email and they responded Sunday evening. They arrived here at 9 am on Monday with a new water heater and had it installed in an hour. Great service.

Tom is Awesome! Was out of hot water for almost a week while the company sent parts to fix the tankless water heater. I called and spoke to Tom and he said he would see what he could do. After a few hours calling him, he returned my call and told me he broke free to look at my tankless water heater. He fixed it despite a wiring harness issue that he temporarily fixed. He said he would come out and replace it when the harness arrives. Will use them ALWAYS in the Future.

Our AC broke down on the hottest day of the year, which happened to be on a Sunday! We called Chuck's and within 2 1/2 hrs. following our call they had our unit cooling again.
