I'm an overweight male who has in the past not had good experiences with yoga, mostly because of my own issues. Taking classes at the Yoga Center has changed everything for me. While there is always an expectation that you try, that you give it your best, there's also no judgment when you can't do things like other people in the class. Yoga is supposed to be about you and your mat, and that's what it feels like. Also, I've had several good and talented yoga instructors, but words fail me in trying to explain what Anne Underwood is like as a teacher and mentor. She's quite simply the best. If you are on the fence about yoga, come try this. Seriously.

I have been going to Kim's Iyengar's session on Saturday for three weeks...although I practiced Iyendar yoga for over 20 years in my 30s and 40s...I am hardly able to mpve now with arthritis and 2-joint repleacements, and spinal/neck surgery which has weakened me. Kim is fantastic...I wish I could do this class 5 days a week. I highly recommend. A wonderful supportive environment.

This is a beautiful studio with excellent teachers. I always leave class much more serene than when I came in.Parking is great in this downtown location-2 hours free in the parking garage behind the studio.
