I called for clarification on what services they would provide my Mom and was met with a very loud, rude response. The person was very defensive and talked over me at the top of her lungs and when I asked her to stop talking and listen she told me I was rude and hung up on me. I literally called because I thought my Mom was confused. Obviously this service isn’t what I feel is what the person I love needs. I’m afraid because of the way I was treated how they will treat my Mom!

My husband has been with this company for over 15 years and never out of the 15 yrs has he had problems with any of the workers before a new group had taken over in the lawrence office. Jodi is rude and is not very nice. I have always tookin care of all my husbands business when it comes to his jobs but for her to be rude everytime is crazy I'm not sure what happened to the other ladies but they all need to come back. I usually don't do reviews but it's seems like this is the only anyone will respond.
