“I seem to be a medical tragedy. I’ve been to more than my fair share of doctors offices, hospitals, and Urgent Cares. I was very scared to go to this one because my last two experiences at an urgent care were horrible. I’m clarifying those experiences were NOT here. I had a very wonderful experience today. PA Victoria was so kind and listened to all of my concerns. The nurse/tech who took my vitals was so unbelievably kind too. I wish I would have got his name, but he had darker hair and a soft voice. I was a hot mess today and I never once felt judged by anyone here. The front desk receptionist was also very kind and very knowledgeable. I didn’t get her name either, but she had long blonde hair and acrylic nails! I had some minor issues regarding my insurance and she explained everything in great detail so I understood what was going on.“
