Ted was on time and quickly assessed the problem with my washing machine. Although the issue was minor, he was able to make the necessary repair. Very pleased. Highly recommend

Ted has performed amazing 'fixes' on my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator and my Maytag washer. I struggled finding someone knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous to assist with my washing machine. Not only did he finish the job in a timely manner, but also diagnosed the problem over the phone, during our initial conversation. I really can't recommend him highly enough.....and YES, I will use him again!
