I like this place usually 5 stars, but the online check-in has become a problem in the last 2 months.
I used to be able to check-in and arrive with no issues for a few years.
Now the list is like days long and tons of people drop out and the waiting is so ridiculous. I once came in scheduled recently and didn't get my cut until 2 hours after scheduled when we were waiting on a list of no-shows.
I swear everyone in Lawrence now just online schedules everywhere in town. Then just jumps in wherever. I'm about 3-8 miles away from there on most given days but with how we can't pinpoint a time the traffic is so insane... read full review
I had a great experience at the Wakarusa location. I have used the same barber (old school) forever, but he’s had health issues and I was desperate. I walked-in after an online check-in and I wish I could remember the gal’s name, but she worked off my vague descriptions and how my hair was cut. She hit a home run. I will be going back, no question. Thank you for the great experience and haircut.Service: Haircut
This is the only place I go to in order to get a haircut. Great staff, usually get in within 15 minutes. The app is great cause it allows you to check in beforehand to skip the in-store line.
