My youngest is neurodivergent and despises haircuts (iykyk) but Matt has cut his hair twice now and is SO QUICK AND EFFICIENT. My little guy cries the whole time, which sends me into a fawn/freeze zone since I feel terrible (but his hair gets in his eyes and causes issues so by the time we go for a haircut it’s DESPERATELY needed), but Matt always offers reassurance and encouragement to my son (which in turn helps us both) and we get through it. The quality of the cut is amazing considering the circumstances. Highly recommend Matt if you have a kiddo on the spectrum! And the other stylists were very kind, as well.
My son has never been in a business place to cut his hair. We have a family member whose a cosmetologist that has always done his hair since he was born and he’s almost 3. Theodora was so kind and patient with my son, in return my son sat through his first salon cut with no issues at all. I was very anxious how my child would do but with Theodora’s kindness along with a calm approach we were so happy with the outcome and a great hair cut. I couldn’t have asked for a better service thank you so much Theodora!
Matthew! Was! Fantastic! He informed of the process before it happened. Asked my opinion throughout, had me check when he was finished and he did not disappoint! Highly recommend Matthew. He has been cutting hair for 15+ yrs.
Mixed feelings about Lori at sports clips. While I was not by my son, because I trusted she would handle my child professionally while I waited with my small child up front. My oldest child came back and informed me that Lori was handling my 5 yr old to rough and I needed to come back there. She was not very positive when I spoke to her when I first walked in. Her small talk could use some work. I'm pretty disappointed with Lori and her work.
