I occasionally fetch the parents dry cleaning and they used to frequent the one on New Hampshire. That location closed so 23rd street is the place now. Becky, the clerk, is a joy and delight! Always conscientious and friendly! The place is clean and everything is organized. You can even bring your wire hangers here to recycle them ?! The prices are reasonable and Scotch has coupons available on the internet. One downside is apparently the owner will only take PAPER coupons-REALLY? ? I don't understand why I can't show the coupon on my phone. Seriously, it's 2024 not 1974. That's the one thing that needs fixing; everything else works great!

I dropped off a dress for dry cleaning here with no problems. Both staff that assisted me were nice. The dress was ready at a reasonable rate and on time. I took off one star being picky about the atmosphere and signage but otherwise no problems.

These guys totally saved my life. I needed my stuff sooner than on the ticket. I called to see if they could alert me when they were ready, just by chance it was finished early. They called me right away and I was able to pick it up. The staff was very professional!
