Shannon is friendly and has amazing customer service skills. She takes the time to explain everything to you. One of the best experiences I have gotten at a hair salon! Knowledgeable and not pushy with the add ons. Highly recommend her!!Love my extensions!
Went in for a consultation with Shannon about hair extensions. Shannon really took time (1 hour) to explain the process, evaluate my hair and its ability to work with my hair. Love her already.
