I come here every week, never had an issue until yesterday. The handle of a washing machine wouldn't unlock, trapping me clothes inside. Because it was Sunday evening, I didn't get an answer when I called the "emergency" number they provide but left a message. I called back this morning and he was extremely polite and helpful. He was flexible about when to meet, reimbursed me, and paid for me to wash the load again because of the length of time it took to get back to me. Really appreciate the level of customer service and the willingness to make it right.

Not a bad laundromat. A bit outdated and could use some TLC but all in all it does the job. Used the megaload Dexter for a large item. Reminds me of my childhood sitting with my dad as he did laundry for us kids. Thanks for the memories!

I wish people had been wearing masks, most weren't. Posting a mask mandate on the front door would help but I won't be coming back since it's too risky for covid.Update: my apology is in order since I evidently missed the signs. A family of six was using the laundromat, none of them wearing masks. They also parked directly in front of the door even though there were multiple parking spots open. You had to walk around their car to get in and out. Too bad people can't be more considerate but it's not Management's fault, thanks.
