We had a New Era rep who knew we had been trying to get our roof replaced for a couple years actually CONTACT US after a hail storm. They came out and inspected the roof and said they thought that if we submitted a claim to our insurance company that the insurance company would finally agree to replace it. Sure enough, they were right! A few short weeks later we were scheduled to have our roof replaced. After further inspection it was determined that half of the roof actually needed a total tear off and new decking laid. I was referred by a friend to talk to New Era Roofing. Cody called me back and came out to inspect my roof for hail damage. Cody originally came out on a Sunday afternoon just to make it easy for my familys schedule. We soon decided to go with New Era to get our New roof. Cody and Niki are great. They kept me informed and let me know when the materials would be delivered and when the roof would be installed. The crew showed up on a Wednesday morning around 7:30 and were completely done when my wife got home around 7:00 that night. They did an amazing job on my roof and they cleaned up very good. Hired New Era to come out inspect my roof because of some water spots we noticed on our ceiling. They came out and actually found the problem to be hail damage related not to mention the roof was old. They suggested that I contact my insurance company and report the damages. Thanks to New Era my roof was replaced and the guys did an awesome job!
