“I have recently become a client at Milan in Lawrence, KS. I was really uncertain and on the fence before signing up because of the expense and some of the requirements (no sun exposure) but the communication was strong and they really push you to try if for free. Even though I was exasperated, I am so glad they didn't relent because after 2 sessions I have significant hair reduction and am so excited for more treatments! The technician, Nicole, is just the absolute best and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The front staff have been so kind and friendly. The laser itself is not pleasant in some areas but it's not extremely painful either. In someplaces I havent felt it at all! It's mildly uncomfortable for a short period of time in certain areas (not the ones you think!) and Nicole is really attentive to your pain level and helps get you through those "spicy" moments! I would recommend Milan for anyone who wants a lifetime guarantee on being hair free. It's more expensive than other places but I won't ever have to worry about hair growing back and having to pay for more treatment. I gave 4 stars because it was significantly more expensive than what my friends have paid for full body at other places and I never thought I would pay this much but so far I am so happy with my results and experience and I hope by this time next year, after about 10 sessions 5 weeks apart, I won't be shaving anymore!“
