I had a great experience with Joe, the sales agent, and the service technicians who replaced both my AC and furnace units. They were very knowledgeable and quick to answer all my questions. They arrived on time and left my my garage, where the HVAC is located, immaculately clean after the job was done. Great customer service. Polite, professional, prompt. They did what was needed and didn't try unnecessary upselling. This was the first time we used Dunco, but it will be our go-to for HVAC from now on.
Edit: We just had Dunco do major work on our central air. They gave me a range of options and good advice. The people that did the work were efficient and prompt. I know Dunco was very recently sold. I hope the new owners keep up Dunco's high standards of customer service.
