“Recently had a water issue with my house. Thought I had it resolved but found a bedroom closet had water damage. I immediately called Servpro and they responded very quickly like within an hour. Dalton was my technician that examined the situation and explained in detail what he was going to do to resolve my issue. He was awesome! He had to carry a lot of equipment downstairs to the closet area. Got everything setup and running. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process which I greatly appreciated.
