No. The ladies at the front desk were not concerned about the information I provided them, regarding the health of my cat. They did not report the severity of this information to the veterinarian. The information was time sensitive. My cat ultimately had to be put down. I consider this lack of professionalism very concerning. Beware‼‼‼
We had to take our cat to be euthanized and they just handled everything so perfectly and gently. They give you the time you need, and talk you through the whole process. If you unfortunately have to do this process, I recommend these wonderful people.
This place is as good a vet practice as I have ever encountered. What a wonderful resource to have in Lawrence. I was in Lawrence for a family medical emergency. I brought my dog with me. He started drinking a lot of water and acting lethargic. First I tried another vet because Animal Hospital was booked. That vet completely missed the issue. I called Animal Hospital back and they were able to fit him in after I described the symptoms. The quickly diagnosed him as diabetic and have worked with me extensively, including answering multiple emails off hours, to make sure Biscuit is on the right dose of insulin and a new, correct diet, and that I understand how to manage... read full review
