Dr Brockert is wonderful. He always follows up with me and makes sure I am following his instructions.Karen always keeps all my referrals and Prior Authorizations current and goes the extra step to make sure I have the correct referrals and PA's.
If my husband and I could give Complete Family Care a 5+++ rating we would,. They are making it possible for us to age in place knowing they have all of our health care issues in mind with every decision they make. We are grateful for the care they provide and the professional way they provide this care. They don't tell us what we want to hear but what we need to hear. How very lucky we are to have this health care team on our side!
I've been going here for years and can really only speak about one doctor, but she's very good, I think, and thorough. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a doctor.
