My experience at Family Eyecare was excellent. Dr. gun was informative, positive, and comfortable to speak with. I was impressed with her process improvement approach, which led to recommendations to improve my eyesight. The recommendations are working and I could not be more satisfied. Showed up a little late, but communicated that as they realized it! They were in and out on our cleaning, even helped us out and did a mattress real quick. Our carpets are trashed from our dogs, but they looked new once finished. Would recommend and will use them again for sure

I had a pump motor fail and I got in touch with their amazing dispatcher Mandy Kasten, who was able to immediately provide us a quote, and get the techs prepped and ready to install the new motor, not only the same day, but within a couple hours!!
Cody Dana is superb! His customer service is excellent and while he was taking care of installing our new pump and motor he was training two new great techs. They have an awesome instructor to learn from! I am so pleased with how fast and friendly the entire process was completed.

I never EVER leave 5 stars but this is pretty deserving!!!! I found Sidney Allison Pro from a Google search at the salon cooperative because it was so close to my house!! After we connected via Facebook, I shared how I was a little nervous for someone to touch my hair because I had not had it colored in 5+ years!!Little did I know I was going in the chair of possibly the MOST SEASONED hair stylist I have literally ever met. The cut, the color, and everything was spot on! She took the time to show me how to style and made it achievable to create the look I wanted at home. For reference, you can see what my hair looked like before! Very thankful that I found her.I feel like the Salon Cooperative is a hidden gem ? of our area. I read Cats review, and yes the building is old but I don't notice any bad smells. Now the important stuff. The reception people work hard to get you in quickly. You will likely get moist heat and ultrasonic massage prior to adjustment so your muscles are much looser. The most important thing though is Dr Carter, he's very pleasant and cracks your spine better than anyone I've ever used before. If you want to pay more for a fancy building go ahead.

Stylist: April is the owner and only stylist. She makes an effort to get to know her customers and their likes/dislikes. My wife also has her hair cut here, plus . it colored from time to time. She tried several different stylists for coloring and has stayed with April because she likes the formula April uses for her. She particularly likes getting consistent coloring.
They could give a little care package with armor all wipes an air freshener for the inside of there cars
This place is just simply amazing. I was visiting family when I accidentally locked the keys inside the house. They were there within minutes. Had the door opened even quicker. Their customer service is outstanding.
