“The overall experience of building with Homoly was a very positive process. All the staff we worked with were very professional and genuinely nice people. The detail cost sharing is very beneficial to keep tabs on your budget. There is full disclosure of where the money is being spent and to whom. The team is very focused on the process and how to improve it along the way. Variations off the standard process will typically need escalation before proceeding. NOT ONE has taken the time to properly prep the surfaces or offer a warranty on their shoddy work. There is a clue there.
