Gary was great! He gave us all the information and answered all of our questions. Was very helpful, but not pushy.We were looking for a good solar plan and we chose Shinnova. Boy did we pick the right one. From salesman to those that check for correct placement to installers it went so smoothly. We were hooked up in July of 2022 and had immediate savings. If we had an issue or question they were right there a phone call away. If you are considering solar this is a company you should check out!

We have had all of our windows replaced by Shinnova and we could not be happier with the quality of their windows, their service & their excellent staff!! We have had such good service from them, now we are enjoying a warmer home & lower utility bills!We would never find a better company for this huge improvement to our home!!

Hands down the best customer service!! Zach had to diagnose and fix my system (installed by a company that is no longer in business). He is friendly, courteous and explains what he is doing. He is exceptional. I would recommend Shinnova to anyone that needs solar or has solar and needs service!!!
