They work on getting you in and out as quickly as possible. It's best to give them a heads up because appointments and people with loads come first. Very friendly staff at the service desk and a place for your dog while you wait comfortably in the lounge. It is important to note though, that if you are a riverside employee, there is a geofence around the shop that places you on duty. So do not take your rest here because it will not count as a rest.
